Virtual Presenter fee:€ 339 EARLY BIRD (€ 379 after 26 October, 2026 (extended from 15 September)), covers:

• 1 Paper submission (unique DOI);
  
• Possible submission of 1 additional paper (+  € 329 during early bird term)
• PDF version of your published paper (after the event, if requested);
• CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE / only if paper is presented during a Virtual Session;
• full access to the plenary programme - live presentations;
• full access to the chat/live networking with all the panelists during the sessions;

By wish/extra cost:

* Copy of the SWS Conference Proceedings (full papers/1 vol) could be ordered in addition (on-line - before/during the event) FREE of charge - you should cover only the postal fee of € 79. For orders after the event the fee is 75 Euro (excl. VAT).

*All upper mentioned fees excl. VAT
