The SGEM Vienna GREEN meets sustainability
Our dedicated team is working towards making our event as environmentally friendly as possible.
We aim to organize this event by following the criteria of UZ 62 – Green Meetings and Green Events, as defined by the Austrian Ecolabel.
Within this uniquely historic and elegant setting, the SGEM Conference team ensures that all conference halls are equipped with advanced, energy-efficient technology, aligning with our commitment to sustainable event practices:
Technical Equipment
- - Laptop (MS Windows 10 Pro ® - MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
- - State-of-the-art multimedia technology that guarantees a perfect flow at the highest level for all kinds of presentations;
- - Wi-Fi Internet connection;
- - Laser pointer;
- - Additional wireless microphones (for questions/comments from the audience).
Note: If the Speaker needs some specific media device in addition, he must inform the organizers at least 4 weeks before the start of the conference.
Conference Halls and Networking Area
- ORAL SESSIONS: The everyday Oral, Poster and Workshop sessions will be held simultaneously in several conference halls: Maximiliam, Sophie and Leopold.
- POSTER SESSIONS: A spacious light area, in between the conference halls, is kept for the simultaneous Poster sessions and everyday networking breaks.
