VISA APPLICATION / INVITATION LETTER

Entry WITHOUT Visa:

  • Citizens of EU member states (incl. new EU members, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland)

Entry WITH Visa:

  • You can only apply for a visa outside the country and it will be issued for a maximum of six months. The responsible body is the Austrian representation: the appropriate Austrian consulate of the Austrian Embassy. There you will find out what documentation is required for the issue of a visa. Great importance is attached to the completeness of your application. All question concerning your visa application status should be pointed to the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Austria or to the respective Austrian Embassy in your country.

 

Conference Invitation letters should only be issued to:

  • Attendees who have made their complete Registration at the conference web site and paid their Registration fee in full;
  • Committee members.

Conference Organizing Committee is not taking the responsibility if some attendant's visa request is granted or not. There is NO TAX REFUND due to this reason.

Coming from ABROAD to Vienna
